City of Heroes fans!

This has been in the works for quite some time, but now it's time to let the cat out of the bag! As many of you have speculated, we are indeed planning on creating and distributing a monthly City of Heroes Comic Book!

The comic will be distributed by Diamond Comic Distributors Inc., produced by Blue King Studios, written by Rick Dakan, with art by Brandon McKinney (Switchblade Honey, Planet of the Capes) and colors by Moose Bauman (Action Comics, Green Lantern). City of Heroes subscribers will receive the comic book in the mail as part of their monthly service (a good reason to make sure your mailing address stays current!). The comic will also be available for purchase at your friendly neighborhood comic book store—for those who have not subscribed to the game, or in case you want a few extra copies to share with your friends.

While we don't have specifics to share on storylines, we can tell you that a portion of each comic book will reflect what's going on in the game and will feature the City of Heroes community. So, you very well may see yourselves in print! Not only will players be featured, but their creations may be as well As time goes on, we will be asking the playing community for content to be included in the comic.
