They were unfortunately smart enough to not get too specific in the listed requirements for the positions so it's very hard (read impossible) to guess at what they are hiring for ;) . However, the designer/writer position has this bit "...creation of stories, quests and node based dialogs...". Well, in which other genre than RPGs are missions called quests? OK, enough of the silly speculations... let's just wait and see what happens :) .
