The most significant change is that it now interacts with NWN so you can read standard and custom palettes, compile scripts, export to .erf or save directly to module. Also, several other changes have been made, such as adding of HotU spell, more than 30 new effects that can be added, and an option to remove effects as well. And much, much more.
