I must confess that based on its screenshots, Throne of Darkness had not made any significant impression on me. After its showing at E3, however, I can confidently say that the previously released images simply don't do the game justice. Clearly a great deal of care has gone into the look and detail of Throne of Darkness; by combining this visual style with the strong gameplay that cannot be shown in still images, the game shows great promise. While release dates are almost always uncertain, it's probably reasonable to expect Throne of Darkness to hit stores by about late summer or perhaps early fall.
