Looks like developer/publisher Interplay's (Baldur's Gate series etc.) first quarter financial report from yesterday left a good impression on investors. The stock value increased by 11c (US) from 0.31c (US) to 0.42c (US) which translates into a ~35% increase from yesterday's closing price. Trading volume was also very high at 871.900 stocks as opposed to approximately 100.000 stocks on Tuesday.
While Interplay is still a "penny stock", it's good to see that they're gaining back some financial strength. Let's hope this is going to last and that this latest increase has not been caused by some greedy folks with a "quick in - quick out" strategy.
