Humans, elves, dark elves, orcs, and dwarves. Lineage II's selection of character races probably doesn't seem like anything particularly cutting edge by today's gaming standards. They may not even seem particularly exciting in an undemanding imagination, but NCSoft is about to release a fantasy MMORPG, already a smashing success in the Asian market, that is both beautiful to behold and exhilirating to experience.
