City of Villains: Some Collector's Editions Missing Figurines @ Official Site

On the opening day of City of Villains, NCSoft is acknowledging the possibility that some of the Collector's Edition boxes may be missing one of the seven limited edition HeroClix figurines they were supposed to include. NCSoft has set up a special page which they'll update as more information comes in, and they are urging all affected customers to hang on to their purchase receipts as they'll be needed in order to obtain the missing figure, once a procedure for doing that is available.
Dear City of Villains™ customers,

It has recently come to our attention that some Collector’s Edition boxes may be missing one of the seven HeroClix figures. We are thoroughly investigating this issue, and we will update this page early next week with information and instructions.

In the mean time, it is critical that you retain your retail receipt, as we will require a copy of it in order to send you the missing HeroClix figure.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
