HomeLAN Fed has posted an interview with 'City of Villains' senior designer Dave "Zeb" Cook and senior writer Shane Hensley, primarily covering their positions on the project:
HomeLAN - Dave, how did you come to be hired to be the lead designer of City of Villains?

Dave "Zeb" Cook - Luck?

I’ve been working in the computer game field for about ten years since leaving TSR (the AD&D people), so this summer the luck part came into play because I was available at just the time Cryptic was looking for the CoV lead. So, a lot of it was good fortune and timing, but it’s also because Cryptic understands and values the need for a broad background of skills. Jack Emmert originally came from the RPG field so he knows both the work I have done there and how that experience can really add to a MMO game.
