It was a dark and stormy night in Paragon City when my tale begins. OK, it wasn't stormy… or dark… or night, for that matter. You try being a noir-ish green-suit-wearing live-by-your-fists private detective in a city where the major law enforcement organizations run around in bright spandex. As fascinating as life is in the "City of Heroes", it can be pretty hard to get that cool Humphrey Bogart-esque slouch against a streetlight going when you've got a behemoth in red and white tights calling himself "Captain Christmas" standing next to you.
