Over at Blue´s News, Squirrel Eisenloh from Ion Storm has commented on reported problems to get Anachronox running on a Win2K system. The thread can be found right here.

Here´s what matters:

We´re getting reports of various problems running the game under Win2k. Officially that OS is unsupported (by mandate of Eidos´ tech support), however we (the anox coders) think that´s kinda weak and are therefore looking into the problem right now.

The problem is that all three of us run Win2k on our development stations and none have had any issues with the game. This is a problem because we´re still looking for an easily reprodicble case.
    ..
    ..
More to come on this as we investigate.
