We haven't heard much of this mod, but they recently posted about a demo being released:
If there is one thing that marks the difference between empty promises and genuine ones from a fan project, it's a playable demo. We now have a working, in game demo containing many of our features such as; Ultima style NPC schedules, Ultima 7 dialogue-menu system, the classic Ultima eight-circle spell system requiring reagents, a party system where your companions make comments during various dialogues and events.

The demo will also feature a lot of custom artwork to give the feel of Britannian vegetation and style, sidequests and Ultima monsters as well as the incredible worldbuilding work of Bohemian Dragon. We are working as fast and as hard as we can to release a public demo, we could release it now, but we would rather release a polished, professional looking version with as few flaws as possible.

When we are happy it is ready, this is the first place we will announce the release date for the demo. The demo rqeuires both Morrowind and the add-on expansion pack, 'Tribunal' to run. For those of you who do not have either of these, we will also be releasing a walkthrough video of the final demo for your enjoyment.

They are also looking for new people, so if you are a Ultima fan and can mod decently you can mail them:
As with any fan project, people's time is limited, and so team members come and go due to real life commitments. This means we are always looking for new talent to join us to complete this wonderful project. Our most required needs right now include Modellers, especially organic animators and worldbuilders who are veterens of the Elder Scrolls Construction Set.
