There are two more reviews for Diablo 2 - Lord of Desctrucion out on the net today. The first one can be found at Gamer's Pulse and rates the game 91/100. Here's their conclusion:

Overall LOD is a well designed and executed add on pack. In my eyes if the expansion pack actually makes you want to replay the whole game then it has more than succeeded. With those criteria in hand, Diablo II - Lord of Destruction is a massive success. Now, I have been writing this for too long and I have a date with an Assassin.

The second review can be found at Gamepower. It is the shorter one, a bit less enthusiastic and it comes to this conclusion:

Will die-hard Diablo II fans be disappointed with Lord Of Destruction? I doubt it, but I reiterate my objections: it's pricey for an expansion pack, and players shouldn't have to pay for something as basic as a resolution increase. That said, the resolution increase is a must-have feature, and the rest of Lord Of Destruction's tweaks are mighty nice as well. Its high price notwithstanding, this is one expansion pack that's well worth owning.
