Curse Of The Azure Bonds: 9/10 points |
Simply the BEST from the gold box series. Nuff said. |
Darklands: 4/10 points |
I really didn't enjoy this game much. I felt it didn't come close to accomplishing what it set out to be. Maybe if it had a few less bugs, or if those were not bugs, then it could have been designed a bit better. |
Icewind Dale 2: 3/10 points |
You've got to be joking, this game is not anywhere close to the calibur that the other games on this list have achieved. The graphics, sounds and voices are almost the same as those in IWD 1, the storyline is practically the same, although I know it's a combat based game, the few quests that were in the game gave FAR too less experience for completion.
Sorry to say, but they didn't even come close to doing what they should have with this game. |
King's Bounty: 8/10 points |
I played this for the mac. It captured my love for strategic based games where you control armies. |
Legacy of the Ancients: 10/10 points |
My FAVORITE RPG of ALL TIME. This is the game that made me love RPG's. Without this game, my life would have taken a different path. This game had an amazing storyline, top of the line music, a great continent to explore, and the ending sequence alone makes this game worth playing! |
Neuromancer: 10/10 points |
Simply awesome! No other game has managed to capture the excitement of trying to battle an AI protecting a database in cyberspace while utilizing your bio implants to give you that extra edge.
And what other game can you implant a 'Cop Talk' skill, enter a donut shop, and acquire secret passwords to the police mainframe? |
Starflight: 10/10 points |
Not toally an RPG, but still deserving of a great score. This game had an entire universe with over a hundred planets, each one with a planet to explore! Tie that in with unique races, and a good storyline, and you got yourself a classic! |
Ultima 5 - Warriors of Destiny: 6/10 points |
It didn't quite have as much direction as I hoped it would have. Although Ultima 4, which I liked a lot, seemed to have even less direction, I somehow felt lost in Ultima 5, and the underworld wasn't all that great. |
