At this year's E3, I had one overriding personal mission: Even if my job had been to cover nothing but Kentia Hall exhibits, I swore on my stack of original Star Wars VHS tapes that I would see more of Bethesda Softworks' The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion™. Thanks to the cool folks at Bethesda, I got my wish—a big-screen, front-row view of 20-odd minutes of gameplay, including a big chunk of the opening—and then some.
