Here is a short snip: Our preview build of Icewind Dale II felt like a comfortable old shoe. It's not as pretty as it was when it was brand spanking new, but it's as functional as ever and you dread the day when you will be forced to throw it out. The Infinity engine is certainly on its last legs -- especially when compared to newer role-playing games -- but this last chapter, if the preview build is any indication, should send the series and its aging engine out with a bang when it hits stores later this summer.
