Documentation for the development mod kit and the player mod kit are only in german for now, but here's what they do: The player mod kit lets you play mods that were made with the development mod kit. This kit contains (amongst others) the complete game scripts from Gothic (1.08h) and a tool to extract a lot of sources that were shipped with the Gothic game.
