Once an online title ships, the direction of the team changes dramatically. We go from a single team working toward a purpose to effectively 2 development teams: One team works on the Live product, the other begins work on the first expansion, in our case the Space Expansion. With the change in team structure comes a change in responsibilities for many people. In my case, I am the Producer of the Live team.
