The Electric Playground has posted up a preview of the XBox edition of 'Thief III'.

Here's a snip:
Graphically, Thief has never been able to compete with the top dogs of its day. That has changed. The game uses the latest Unreal engine, technology that will also be used in Deus Ex 2. So it looks much better. What’s more, the game has turned an aesthetic corner. The developers were able to make the world of Thief look more like the one presented in the game’s “moving graphic novel” cutscenes. So instead of plain grey, the stone of a castle I was in were more bluish-black, and overall the place was far more gothic looking. Speaking of those moving graphic novel cutscenes, they are indeed back for the game’s cinematics.
