...Along came the opportunity to work for Sony Online Entertainment as the Technical Director for Star Wars Galaxies. It was an amazing chance to work on a flagship product with an extremely well-known license. The fans who love Star Wars (like me) have high expectations, which also made the opportunity very scary. It actually took me quite a long time to decide to join the project, but now that I´m here, I can´t imagine anywhere else that I´d rather be. While I´m responsible for all technical aspects of the project, I spend most of my time working on the core engine architecture as well as the 3d graphics pipeline. I´m having the most fun I´ve ever had in my career. It just doesn´t get any better than this...
