Most game players like me are always on the look out for the next exciting game. As with any game that hasn't been released yet, you read the reviews and previews from the popular game magazines, and wait impatiently for it to go gold. In this respect I was more then delighted to get a free copy of Lords of Everquest, owned by Sony Online Entertainment Inc.

Loading the game was a breeze. Though, before I could start, a 14meg patch was required. Since I have a cable modem it was just a matter of a few minutes, so a warning to those with a dial-up system, it might be awhile for the download.
