This is what it says: Just a quick news update for you. We are pleased to announce that invitations are being sent out for the fifth round of public testing of Earth and Beyond! They'll be going out over the next couple of hours, so please wait until morning before getting concerned if you haven't received your invitation yet. Our stress test will grow in size over the next several months, so if you don't receive an invitation this time, no worries, there will be plenty of opportunities. For more information, please check the message board forums, we'll try to answer as many questions as possible.
