Here's a bit: Hero characters will progress by means of a skilled-based system. When players complete missions and thereby earn sufficient experience, they will be able to upgrade their skills. City of Heroes also allows players to gain fame from missions. When they do so, they may receive benefits such as titles, showing up in the game's newspaper and being able to change their costumes more. Players will be able to create guilds and these may have some special benefits such as special uniforms.
