The distinct races known to Warcraft are divided into two groups, the Alliance and the Horde. The Alliance, or "good guys" are the Dwarves, Gnomes, Humans and Night Elves. The Horde, or the "bad guys" are the Orcs, Taurens, Trolls and the Undead.
