Evil Avatar has written a kind of review of Morrowind Tribunal. While there is no numerical rating, the review is a positive one with some complaints. This is how it starts:
My best friend’s wife called me the other day wondering what she should get him for his birthday. With no hesitation, I told her Morrowind and Morrowind: Tribunal. She wondered why she should get the expansion at the same time as the original. “After all,” she said, “he may not enjoy the original.” That is where many people can go wrong with Tribunal. It is not just an expansion that you play after you finish Morrowind, you play it as you play Morrowind. I am not sure if this makes sense so I will explain as I explained to my friend’s wife.
