AdventureDot Looking For A Logo

AdventureDot is growing. In addition to the Staff Editor and Special Feature Editor positions we have been advertising about recently, we are now sponsoring a contest for our readers throughout the RPGDot network in which we are asking you to submit your own creations re a "Logo" for AdventureDot (as a guideline - not written in stone - the RPGDot logo is in JPEG format, is 15160 bytes in size, and is 469 x 78 Pixels)...whoever's creation is deemed worthy enough to become the new AdventureDot logo will receive, as a prize, the adventure game of their choice (within reason) delivered to their home address.

When we say "within reason", we are referring to the fact that the prize awarded is to be a standard and new to fairly new adventure title. This does NOT include such items as "hard-to-find" titles, adventure "collector's editions" games; or any of those high-priced "collectible" classics. This is because the expense for the prize to be awarded will be coming directly out of my own pocket - and my pockets just aren't that deep.

While there will only be one logo selected for AdventureDot (hence only one prize awarded), that does not restrict contestants to only one entry submission. We do request that you do provide a valid e-mail address with each submission (so that we may contact you directly re your prize, should you have the winning creation); we ask that you submit any "logos" you have created for this contest in an e-mail to Kristophe@rpgdot.com; and that you submit your entry NLT midnight of December 31st, 2005 (so send that e-mail out BEFORE you open up that celebratory bottle of champagne to toast the New Year:-)

Ummm, I almost forgot the legal disclosures...

• Your privacy will be respected - your email address will not be sold or given away to some company that will spam your mailbox forever with junk.
• The winner will be notified by AdventureDot directly by e-mail in the first week of January.  Only the winner will be contacted. 
• The winner will need to respond within 72 hours of being contacted or the prize will be forfeited to someone else. The exact deadline for AdventureDot to receive a reponse will be specified in the e-mail sent to you.
• More than one entry per person is acceptable.
• Entries close at midnight on Saturday, December 31st, 2005.
