Spellforce is a fairly unique experience, it’s an interesting blend between Action RPG and a real time strategy game. You have your character, who’s more powerful then the standard soldier units, but at the same time charging them into battle unspported will get them killed. There’s an inventory system with plenty of equipment to pick up. In a nice touch your kit will appear on your character as it’s shown in the inventory. There’s also a skill tree which you have complete choice over. The tree is split into two routes, magic and combat which further divide.
