February 27th, 2004: That’s right – soon the general public will get their chance to see if Beyond Divinity lives up to its promises!
The Beyond Divinity demo is scheduled for release online on march 3rd and will be simultaneously released in French, German and English.
The demo contains the beginning of the first act of Beyond Divinity and offers players a first sampling of all the changes that were made to the Divinity engine.
Says Swen "Lar" Vincke, project leader at Larian: "I’m really curious to see how people will react to the demo. We’ve been getting quite some positive feedback from the people we showed it to, but you of course never know what the general public, and our fans in particular, will think. I for one will be strapped to my PC come march 3rd as the first reactions pop up on our forums."
Weighing a healthy 168 Mb, the demo will be available from a host of mirrors.
