1. How do the Devs deploy their staff? Lately we've gotten the impression that more people are working on new publishes for a minority of players (e.g. Jedi) and very few are working on bugs that have been getting on every player's nerves for months now (e.g. clothing bugs).

We are working hard on balancing the needs of the game over all. Many players in SWG really wanted to be Jedi and we responded by offering new content that allows them to do just that, at the same time there are bugs in the game that need to be addressed. We are currently working on scheduling both the needs for new content and the need to clean up existing bugs. We totally understand the need for both.
