All aspiring writers and Horizon's fans might want to head on over to the official site and think about putting pen to paper (or more likely, fingers to keys) in the Scary Is-Story-Ans ghost story contest:
In the spirit of Halloween and the Istarian Fall Harvest, the Bureau of Observances (B.O.O.) is accepting submissions by citizens for Istaria’s scariest ghost stories!
