As those of you who read Gordon's post saw, we are looking for feedback on Community Relations issues and I figured this would be a good time to introduce myself. I'm the Director of Community Relations for SWG, which is basically a fancy way of saying that I get to go to lots of meetings, update schedules, and answer lots of internal e-mails. The exciting part about that is it'll free up more time for Thunderheart and Tiggs to do the important work - communicating with all of you. ;)

Before I ask for your feedback, a little about me first. I've been in the games industry for over seven years. I started out in marketing (please don't hold that against me!) before getting a job in Community Relations on Ultima Online. After managing Ultima Online's Community Relations department for a while, I got the design bug and became a designer on UO and then eventually a lead designer on another project. I've been with SOE for about 8 months now and was given the opportunity to work with the Community team for SWG.
