There's also a list of fixes they were able to effect without taking the servers down. In more general news, there's a refresher on the Appeals Queue and the Camelot's main page has some quick notes about people seeking quest credit after they died (not supported) and additional feedback has been implemented for area actions like Dig, Search and so on.
