Two new previews of Asheron's Call 2: The allen Kings have hit the net today: The first one can be found at Gamer's Pulse, the second one at HomeLan. From the latter, here's an excerpt:
The game will continue to evolve even after its release. Microsoft let us know that they are planning to add ridable mounted creatures in the near future. In addition, Asheron's Call 2 will allow players to actually alter and influence the main storyline of the game. After the public launch of the game, players will be capable of triggering what quests will be available to take on. Players will also be able to decide which of the ruined cities of Dereth will be restored in the game world along with store fronts controlled by players. Turbine and Microsoft also plan to monitor what things players like to do and don't like to do in the game and that will inflence how the team will create future player events in AC2. In addition, player level caps can automatically be raised as a number of players begin to reach that cap. That, in turn, will provide players with new monsters and other content to encounter in the game.
