has rated the following games:
|
Baldur's Gate 2 - Throne of Bhaal: 6/10 points |
This is what happens when Bioware attempts to create a game on their own. Well, this, and Neverwinter Nights. Piss-poor story, hack'n'slash without any redeeming qualities, Monty Haul extreme (+5 magic items raining from the skies), and predictable NPCs. |
Descent To Undermountain: 5/10 points |
I would appreciate it if the people would start rating the games with reallistic ratings instead of trying to bump crap with godly scores. A 5, and that's being generous. |
Gothic: 9/10 points |
Great game with a few minor glitches. Looking forward to the sequel. |
Icewind Dale 2: 8/10 points |
A very solid and fun game, if you are into "intelligent dungeon crawling." Much better single-player campaign than NWN. |
Magic Candle: 6/10 points |
A 6 from me. #2 was slightly better. |
Magic Candle 2 - The Four And Forty: 7/10 points |
I had almost forgotten about the Magic Candle series. Though decent, it was inferior to Ultima in every way. #2 was slightly better than #1. |
Magic Candle 3: 4/10 points |
Proof that almost every series loses its touch after a while. |
Neverwinter Nights: 7/10 points |
A horrible single player campaign and a (possibly) good multiplayer experience. Don't buy it and expect to use the toolset to quickly build your own adventures - it won't work. |
Planescape: Torment: 10/10 points |
Torment is certainly the best roleplaying game I've ever played. It has a deep, moving storyline that's about non-standard as an RPG story can get, and the Planescape setting has always been one of my favorites. No swords, no dragons, no dwarves, no elves. Lots of dialogue. Pure bliss. |
Wizardry Nemesis: 7/10 points |
A decent game, although the spell system was crap andf the storyline much weaker than earlier Wizardry titles. |
