It is with excitement that we are announcing the first-ever official DEMISE expansion known as "Ascension". This new expansion will bring a multitude of new features to the game including a huge increase in the size of the dungeon, a new large-scale quest that overshadows the original main quest, new and stronger enemies, and new items and item abilities.

Built by a small select team of veteran DEMISE players who are working directly with the Pharaoh staff, the goal of "Ascension" is to expand the existing foundation of DEMISE by adding exciting new content and enhancing existing content.

The target release date for this expansion is Q1 of 2005. We will be making numerous announcements over the next few weeks to share more detailed information about the key features with the community, and also prepare for beta testing.
