Cenega shared details of a new role-playing game in the works today. The Roots, a game still half a year away, looks to be a "typical Japanese console RPG, but for the PC." It's mostly story-driven, with defined characters that are not quite as important as the events in which they find themselves. Cenega compares The Roots to Final Fantasy, and they intend to show that the PC is a home for these types of games.
