NW Vault has reviewed an unusual module called 'The Storm' by thegeorge. It's a single player mod with a dark theme and the final score is an excellent 9/10:
"Stormy Night" is by far one of the most unusual modules I have played. There is very little decision making, yet it has nine different endings. The most important choices you'll make are made before the game even begins. Your character's attributes and alignment will determine what options are available to you. And your alignment alone determines which ending you'll get. Instead of letting the player make dialogue choices and adjusting their alignment accordingly, it does the opposite. Your alignment determines which dialogue is chosen for you. It's sort of a backward approach, which restricts the player's interactivity, but it allows for more consistent story telling.
