Chris Taylor on the future of gaming

Chris Taylor talks about the future of gaming in an interview at Gamespy. He talks about AI, what more processor power means for the advancement of different genres and other things related to what he sees as the future of gaming. Here's an interesting question and Chris' answer:
    GameSpy: With constant increases in computer horsepower, where are the biggest bottlenecks now for game developers? Bandwidth? Time to create the content? Video cards? Compatibility issues?

    Chris Taylor: I think the number one limiting factor to game developers is resources (broken down into two major categories: time and money). Beyond these limitations, it will be creativity and inspiration, but definitely not physical hardware or the number of polygons we can put on the screen … well, at least not with the hardware we have coming in the next couple of years.
