FileFront is the latest site to present a review of Troika's action RPG 'Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines'. Rating: 4/5.
Your experience be sweet, and even sweeter still if not for the sour of engine sputter. Which is the case, at least, if you are a Malkavian.

The RPG element in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is quite dark, to say the least. Anyone who loves to delve into the more deviant side of life will love plumbing the depths of the lurid storyline Troika Games has constructed.

However, the problem lies not in the content, but in the delivery.

After sitting through the intro and becoming acquainted with the game, you should realize two things: One, the game has a wonderfully detailed world that will unravel itself like a good novel over time. The second, the game has way too many bugs that made it into the final release. And that is being lenient because they are quite obvious; it really takes away from what the game is trying to be.
