Mythica: Dev activity on Fan Forums

Looks like the team behind Mythica is determined to tighten their connections with the fanbase a bit more, as Christopher Lye (in charge of all Community Support for Mythica) made his first appearance at both the MythicaRealms and MythicaHQ forums. So, if you have any burning questions to ask, I'd advise you to give it a chance at these forums. Here's a snip from one of these threads:

As far as how we're going to be marketing Mythica different from other games....well I don't want to reveal too much...this IS a very competitive market after all. What I can tell you is that we're doing a lot of things that have never been done before between marketing and development. The fact that Mythica is an internal project allows me unprecedented access to the dev team and their assets. It also allows me to brainstorm more freely with them, and because we're all big MMORPG fans, come up with marketing programs that we feel are really going to appeal especially to people who love MMORPGs and RPGs.

Also this piece of information concerning the beta test might be interesting:

[...]there will be multiple ways to get into the Beta, and we'll definitely be making places on the beta available thru MythicaHQ & MythicaRealms. Beyond that you'll just have to wait and see.
One thing I will say is that we'll be looking for active participation in the boards as one of the criteria, so keep those posts flowing.

Thans to Ben for the tip.
