Turbine wants to test out their billing system to ensure it's ready for the flood of subscribers they expect when Dungeons & Dragons Online goes live, so today beginning at 8:00pm EST, they're asking players to create new DDO Preview accounts (even if you already have one). All players who do this between 8:00 and 10:00 will be guaranteed access to the preview of the game on Thursday the 19th. U.S. residents who sign up during this time also have a chance to win a free one month subscription to FilePlanet, or a sweet new gaming PC or graphics card.
Help us stress test our billing system and have a chance to win an Alienware® Area 51® m5500 Notebook, GeForce 7800 GT graphics cards, Logitech peripherals, or one of many other prizes!
As mentioned in a previous announcement, as we prepare for the IGN Preview of DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE™: Stormreach™ (DDO) and the eventual commercial release of DDO, we are going to be performing a stress test of our billing system. If you received a DDO Preview registration key from FilePlanet, this is your chance to not only help us make DDO even better, but also a chance to win some very cool prizes!
