This past week, Microsoft was kind enough to ship us over a near-complete PC preview build for the upcoming revision to Fable, entitled The Lost Chapters. Rumors had been floating around since before the original game shipped about an eventual Windows port, but this past E3 revealed that this wasn't to be a straight conversion but an update with extra quests, new enemies, and maybe a bonus continent or two to romp around in. The new version will be released concurrently for Windows and as a Platinum Hits title for the Xbox with an MSRP of $20, so if you're one of the many people who bought an Xbox specifically to avoid having to upgrade your computer to play these kinds of games, you won't be left out in the cold.
