"RPG-unrelated" ;) we'll let you know anyway that the company has updated its Web FAQ today. In case you're running a fansite for a Blizzard game (favorably an RPG to keep it on-topic) it may be very much worth checking out but they also help you to find the latest versions of IE or Netscape. Very unlikely you would have been able to find those by yourself, right ? ;)
