A very positive review of Morrowind: Bloodmoon can be found at Gamers Pulse. Their rating is 42/50, and their summary reads like this:
Bloodmoon provides more of the same general formula that Morrowind players have been enjoying for the past year. The game executes soundly, and feels more polished than the original Morrowind. The limited number of NPCs tends to mean that there's a bit less of that filler feeling that the original game tended to leave. All in all, Bloodmoon is a must have game for all Morrowind fans.
