The forums of Larian Studios were updated today with some new information from Lar himself.
There is a new fix in the making:
But first, I want to apologize to those people who’re still experiencing problems with the game, even after installing the two hot-fixes. There is a third fix in development which I hope we’ll still be able to release this year but since it’s a pretty major one, we can’t guarantee it. The fix takes care of a lot of story problems that were reported in the technical problems section as well as a number of engine bugs.
They are working on some language versions:
There’s been quite some speculation about what we’re currently doing and what we’ll be doing in the future. I can’t tell everything but for the moment we’re busy with putting together a Japanese and Thai version having just finished a traditional and Simplified Chinese version.
And there are two new titles in the making:
We’re also hard at work on the next fix and we just kick-started development on two new games. One of these we’ll announce most likely next month, the second one we’ll only announce late in 2003.
Would one of those be Divinity 2?
And finaly there is something special:
With a bit of a luck we’ll also be able to organize something very special for Christmas, something I’m sure a lot of people here will like a lot, so be sure to come by and have a look next week.
