You can now sign up for the Earth & Beyond beta test, following our link. This is the info given on their page:
Westwood Studios is currently looking for a few good starship pilots* (well, actually a lot of pilots) to hop in and help us test our upcoming online role-playing galaxy , Earth & Beyond.

If you are accepted into our beta test, you will get a free, first-hand look at the first online role playing galaxy. After creating your own starship, you'll blast off and will soon be trading, exploring, and fighting alongside thousands of other players.

"Sure, that sounds fun," you say, "but what's the catch?"

Well, there is a small catch. Earth & Beyond is in ongoing testing, so you might run into some bugs and glitches. But that's the point of these tests - to find and fix bugs. And even though we don't like doing it, we might have to reset everyone's characters from time to time.

We'll also be contacting you once in a while to ask about the game, what you like and don't like , what ideas you have for improving it and about special promotional offers. We'll also be sending all the beta applicants special promotional offers and the Earth & Beyond newsletter, so even if you don't get in the test, you'll be up to date on the latest news of the galaxy.
