The detailed article rates the game 75% - and comes to this conclusion: All things considered, this is a playable game and will probably do well with hard-core fans of the new Warlords-age. It may also prove to be pretty addictive. The fact of Warlords Battlecry II’s impressive detailed evolution and RPG options, makes it stand out among other RTS games, though games like Warcraft III are quickly catching up in the race regarding role-play implementation. At times the game doesn’t feel polished enough when it comes to certain issues, and things like that tend to noticeably lower the game experience. This may be understandable considering the depth the developers has put into it, but never entirely exclude the fact that some elements are pretty lame. Asta la Vista, baby.
