Sith Central has reviewed GPG's action RPG Dungeon Siege. Rating: 4 out of 5.

Here's a bit:
I hope you like killing things because that's all you do. I mean that in a good way…sorta. Dungeon Siege is a hack and slash game at its core, much like Diablo and it's clones. Gameplay consists of hordes and hordes of monsters coming at you all the time. This would usually equal mindless boredom, but DS adds some things that make it fun.

First off is the leveling system. Its simple, if you want your character to get better at using melee weapons just use them all the time. The same goes for ranged weapons, combat magic, and nature magic. In correlation to your chosen weapon, your attributes increase logically. If you mainly use ranged weapons, you will find dexterity goes up faster than other attributes. The same goes for strength with melee weapons and intelligence with magic schools.
