Yes, there are several skills and professions related to healing. There is a Doctor profession that draws most of its skills from the medical discipline. These skills allow players to heal damage to the primary attributes as well as wounds and shock wounds. In addition, the entertainer (music and dance) skills can provide benefits that allow players to heal more rapidly. Finally there are many support professions that provide materials for healing such as chemistry, resource harvesting, and crafting (for medical equipment).
