"Hellgate" was missing, till today. Now you can download Hellgate here. In case you installed Arcanum to the default directory just copy the downloaded hellgate.dat file in the folder C:\Sierra\Arcanum\modules. In case you installed elsewhere, look for a similar folder at this place and copy the file in there. Have fun playing.
