Second Life: Game Dev Contest Underway @ Official Site

Sedond Life's 2nd annual Game Dev Contest is in full swing, and eight development teams are vying for the most player attention for their own games-within-a-game. The entries are all in-world now (in the aptly-named "Arcadia" regions) and run the gamut from word games to a mini MMORPG.
We've set aside two regions, Arcadia 1 and Arcadia 2, to showcase the best SL game developers and their projects. Eight developers were chosen from community nominations, and granted a quarter region to build a game upon. The games will stay up from March 20th to May 11th, and everyone is invited to come play them. During this time, the games will be competing to make the most money - the top four games will be granted land to run their game on free of charge for the next year.
